California Data Exchange Framework

A bold vision for a connected California.

Signed by Governor Newsom in 2021, AB 133 created the Data Exchange Framework (DxF) to break down the information silos that make whole-person care difficult, with a shared Data Sharing Agreement and common Policies & Procedures. We help California organizations meet it.

Privacy and compliance, by design.

SacValley MedShare fully complies with HIPAA. Only authorized healthcare providers with a need-to-know basis can access your information, so the safety and confidentiality of your health data always come first.

Our EMR vendor had unanticipated downtime this past weekend. While they were down, we were able to use the SacValley portal to get current patient information to our on-call providers. This is a tremendous benefit of membership.
